Why We Chose Synergie Skin for Our Clinic

Why We Chose Synergie Skin for Our Clinic

An Australian brand built on clean science

Synergie Skin is Australian made and owned, founded in 2005 by cosmetic chemist Terri Vinson Jones out of Melbourne. Her background sits in microbiology, immunology and formulating chemistry, and that scientific thinking runs through every formula. The brand is now stocked in more than 250 clinics across Australia.

What we appreciate most is the transparency. Synergie is built around a "clean science" philosophy, pairing well-researched active ingredients with thoughtful, considered formulating. As a nurse-led clinic, we want to understand exactly what we are putting on our clients' skin and why, and Synergie makes that easy.

It also suits the way we work. Many of our clients come to us around in-clinic treatments, and we need a range that is gentle enough to fit alongside that kind of skin while still feeling considered and effective. Synergie fits that brief.

Three Synergie products we love

Ultimate A

Ultimate A is a vitamin A (retinol) serum formulated with liposomally encapsulated retinol, which is a gentler way of delivering this well-loved active. It is designed as an evening step to support the look of smoother, more even and refined-looking skin over time.

Retinol can be a wonderful addition to a routine, but it is also one of the actives most worth introducing carefully and with guidance. We will always talk you through how to ease it in.

ÜberZinc

ÜberZinc is a daily moisturiser built around mineral zinc oxide, offering broad-spectrum mineral sun protection in a lightweight, non-greasy base, with antioxidants like green tea along for the ride. We love it as the final protective step in a morning routine, and because it is so gentle, it also sits beautifully on sensitive or recently treated skin.

A note on sun protection: ÜberZinc carries an SPF and PA rating and is intended for everyday, incidental sun exposure. It is not a substitute for proper sun-safe behaviour during extended time outdoors, so always pair it with shade, a hat and protective clothing when you need it.

ImprovEyes Night

The eye area is delicate and often the first place to show the day catching up with us. ImprovEyes Night is a nourishing overnight eye cream formulated with peptides and hydrating ingredients, made to support the look of the under-eye area, including the appearance of fine lines, dryness and puffiness. It is a lovely, low-effort final step to a night routine.

Find what is right for your skin

Every skin is different, and the best routine is the one built for you rather than guessed at. If you would like help choosing where to start with Synergie, book a consultation with one of our registered nurses and we will tailor a plan to suit your skin.
